Safe, Affordable Banking Options

The One Summer Chicago Banking Coalition is a group of 15 financial institutions that offer banking options for One Summer Chicago youth participants with no overdraft fees, no regular monthly fees, and low minimums.
Many of the participating financial institutions offer account opening online or through a remote opening process. Use the links below to visit each financial institution’s website and apply.
Online account opening is often limited to those 18 and over OR those with a custodian and may require a deposit, but please check with each financial institution for details. If you need a non-custodial banking option or an account you can have on your own under age 18, please contact the financial institutions directly and arrange to visit in person. Use the Contact Us! button above if you have questions.
When opening an account online or in person, be sure to ask for a One Summer Chicago Banking Coalition account.
